Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
Information accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, factual business information. You understand that items marked UNKNOWN may require additional information later, and you authorize Skilled Employee to use the information you provide in preparing and developing your project.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access other clients' information, or circumvent its security controls.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business information and assets you provide. You grant Skilled Employee a license to use them for the purpose of delivering your requested services.
Service availability
We strive to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
