Information we collect
We collect the business information you provide through the Client Discovery questionnaire, including contact details, branding assets, service descriptions, and uploaded files. We also collect your account credentials (email and a securely hashed password).
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare, configure, develop, and support the services you request for your business, including generating an AI Studio Project Brief.
Password security
Your password is processed using a one-way hashing algorithm and is never stored in readable plain text. Skilled Employee personnel cannot view your password.
Data isolation
Each client account is isolated. Your business information is associated only with your account and is not visible to other clients.
Administrator access
Authorized Skilled Employee administrators may review your submitted information for the purpose of supporting your project. Administrators cannot access your password.
Data retention
We retain your business information for the duration of your relationship with Skilled Employee and as needed to support your services. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
